I was in 2 minds to do the Hot Stones massage course as I’ve never had it done to me but as I’ve done other massage courses plus the Hopi ear candle course with Louisa, I thought “why not”! I’m so glad I did. The course was explained thoroughly and Louisa is very knowledgable about the structure of the body. I understood everything that was explained to me as she is a very good tutor. I practiced the massage and although it felt a bit weird to me I enjoyed it. I also had the massage done to me, this was the first time I had it done and I loved it. I have done the massage on several people to date and they all felt loads better afterwards. I recommend this course or any other course Louisa is teaching as she is very professional and knows what she is talking about 😁

I have visited LA Beauty and Hair twice in the last week so it must be good! Both occasions to make use of the Spa and relaxation area. Firstly with a friend for a couple of hours chill and chat time. We enjoyed the heated chairs complementary coffee's and steam. My friend had an Indian head massage and I enjoyed a wonderful back massage. I returned today with my husband and it was so lovely to be able to have space to ourselves as busy parents and business owners taking time out is so important. I once again had a fantastic back massage and enjoyed the steam and relaxation.I love the fact that once you have booked your session you have the area exclusively - Great for those who are maybe a little shy Or those who want to catch up with friends but you don't want to do a coffee shop or bar. The venue is clean, the facilities are second to none and the staff are friendly welcoming and very professional. Louisa and the team do a great job and I would highly recommend the salon and its facilities. I will return soon and intend to be a regular.read more

I booked here to go for the steam room and relaxation area, I had the best massage and facial I've ever had. The staff were faultless. Well tonight has been amazing from start to finish, me and my friend had a steam room session and what can I say from the moment we got there we were given 5 star treatment. From refreshments, to robes and made to feel sooo relaxed. The steam room itself is brilliant and the smell, the heat, the massage chairs and the music played made me feel automatically relaxed and comfortable � the massage during the session was great and just made the whole experience amazing would definitely recommend to anyone xxread more

First time I’ve been to LA today and I can safely say I fully enjoyed my experience here. Staff were more the lovely, professional and friendly, I felt at ease right away. I came to LA for the fat freezing treatment which I found most relaxing and am excited to see the results. Well what can I say, I have been suffering with pains in my neck and shoulders for a few years now and have been having back massages with Louisa on and off to ease the pain. On Tuesday I tried the shock wave machine instead of my usual massage. It wasn't anything I had heard of before but as my back was so bad Louisa suggested I tried it. It was a little strange and loud at first but it didn't take long to get used to it, and I soon felt relaxed. Well As soon as I got up it was amazing, all my movements felt easier, and I can still feel the benefits today, sitting at work I wasn't in as much pain and I was so much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this, and I here it can be used for a number of different things, which is even better.read more

I can only honestly comment on the fantastic eye serum that Louisa has produced. I suffer from dry eye syndrome, and therefore the skin under my eyes can become very dehydrated. Her serum has lessened the dryness and wrinkles caused by it - thank you! As for her customer service, it's second to none, she's helpful and will accommodate any customer willingly - to the point of putting herself out for all her customers. If she can't fit you in when you need an appointment, she will happily try to fit you in as soon as she can, either with her or another of her staff who are equally as lovely.
